Being a Marketer, learning and being familiar with a range of digital marketing skills is essential to being successful and relevant in the long term and I guess this is true with other professions as well. With the MCO, you can see this as a chance to see what digital skills you need and then look for the best platform option to learn from.
For example, being aware of Structured Query Language or SQL is a strong skill to have even at an executive level because it will give you power in accessing customer and business data in order to do accurate analysis. Here are a couple sources which I have used to upskill myself to better understand digital marketing as well as different strategies and explore other ways of thinking.
1. Google Skillshop & Facebook Blueprint As can be expected from these digital media giants, they have provided their own classes to help everyday people be proficient with their own advertising services but also be a better marketer using simple data points. From learning how to target particular audiences with a recommended format to how to setup and execute a campaign that tests certain hypothesises to make your messaging more effective for the future.

2. Coursera Although I have previously thought that Udemy was the most enjoyable e-learning platform, I have become a disciple of Coursera. After finding it in Google's Skillshop for SQL learning as well as going through several other courses, I found the level of instructors very encouraging and helpful as many of these people were professional lecturers.
I have done a course on SQL, Design Thinking, and Modern Digital Product Management that has helped me become familiar on topics that previously I thought were too complex.
This platform is great for people either moving horizontally or vertically in their career by giving them the important and essentials skills they need within short but insightful videos.

And lastly, these options are free so don't worry.
